At Travel 4, we work to make sure your order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders require approximately 1–3 business days to be processed before they are shipped.

During this time, your order is prepared, checked, and handed over to our shipping carrier.

Processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 10–15 business days.

Therefore, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 11–18 business days, including processing and shipping.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after your order has been shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed, please allow additional time for delivery before contacting our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at travel4@use.startmail.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Customs & Import Fees

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges.

Any such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
